Team Superstars

Each month the whole Centre's team votes 3-2-1 for the "Fit Kidz Team Superstar" award, as someone who has done more than their share, or gone out of their way to shine just a little brighter than the others for that month.  There is a small prize, a name plate for posterity on the yearly plaque, a photo displayed for the month, and lots of prestige for being the monthly winner.

At the end of each year the person who has accumulated the most points throughout the year is awarded the coveted "Fit Kidz Team Mega-Star of the year" award, and is given a larger cash prize, a photo "pride of place" forever on the plaque, a trophy to hang on their wall, and the honour of their peers forever after.

At Fit Kidz we know that ALL of our team are absolute superstars in their own right, and we love them all, but these are the ones that shone the brightest according to their teammates:

				Miss Jess Miss Jess is the much deserved winner of the Staff Member of our first year at Dural.  She has been with us for two years and previously worked in our Vineyard Centre. Jess was instrumental in the establishment of our new Centre and is a fantastic support to the Director Miss Beck, but most importantly she is a gifted teacher who shares her knowledge and experience with all of our staff.  Her wonderful programming ideas and plans mean her classroom is always exciting and stimulating.  Miss Jess takes a keen interest in the individual development of each and every child and is always available to families if they have questions or concerns.  Miss Jess is a huge asset to Fit Kidz. Thank you Miss Jess.
