Meet Our Director

Our Centre Director - Miss Deb

Hi I am Deborah Vitols and I am the Director of both Fit Kidz Learning Centres in Glenwood. I am married to Malcolm and have a home in the Nepean area with lots of pets!

I have always had a keen interest in Early Childhood education and attained my Diploma in Children’s Services in 1999. To further my knowledge I am currently studying a Bachelor of Teaching and am near completion. I have also attained qualifications in fitness and personal training and am a strong advocate of the Fit Kidz philosophy regarding the promotion of a healthy and active lifestyle, starting early in life.

For the first eight years of my career, I was employed at a 39 place Centre in Windsor. I undertook various roles including Room Leader and Acting Director. I also gained lots of experience working with children with additional needs and their families.

After nine years I was looking to increase my education and experience, and was offered a position as Team Leader in the Leaping Leopards room at Fit Kidz Vineyard in 2008. I was, and remain, so impressed with the exceptional standard of care offered to the children and the dedication of the staff. I knew that I had made the right decision in joining the Fit Kidz family.

In early 2009 I took on the role of Director when Glenwood South opened, and then this year we decided that it would be better to have the same Director for both Centres in Glenwood, as the two Centres work very closely together. Whilst it is a very busy job, it's one that I enjoy very much, and I am very proud of our Centres and the staff that we have in them.

Fit Kidz is a very genuine company, and we are very conscious of the important role that we play in your family and your child's development. I think that we already have an excellent reputation in the area, but we never take that for granted.

I look forward to meeting you and discussing how we can best cater for your child and family. It's a responsibility that I take very seriously, and I know that together we can give your child a great start in life.
