Team Superstars

Each month the whole Centre's team votes 3-2-1 for the "Fit Kidz Team Superstar" award, as someone who has done more than their share, or gone out of their way to shine just a little brighter than the others for that month. There is a small prize, a name plate for posterity on the yearly plaque, a photo displayed for the month, and lots of prestige for being the monthly winner.

At the end of each year the person who has accumulated the most points throughout the year is awarded the coveted "Fit Kidz Team Mega-Star of the year" award, and is given a larger cash prize, a photo "pride of place" forever on the plaque, a trophy to hang on their wall, and the honour of their peers forever after.

At Fit Kidz we know that ALL of our team are absolute superstars in their own right, and we love them all, but these are the ones that shone the brightest according to their teammates:


	Miss Julie Miss Julez has been with Fit Kidz for many years and this is the second time she has been awarded Staff Member of the Year. This is no surprise to us because she is kind, caring and knows the importance of making each child’s early childhood experience positive. Julie has a wonderful rapport with her families and all the children at the whole Centre (not just the ones in her class). Julie is a wonderful team player and is also a great help with our fund raising efforts to support children in need. We congratulate her and thank her very much for her hard work and dedication to the children at Fit Kidz.

	Miss Amie This win in 2009 is the second for Miss Amie as Staff Member of the Year. She won this special title at our Vineyard Centre in 2007, which demonstrates her continued dedication to her role at Fit Kidz. She is a natural teacher who is both creative and knowledgeable. She is soon to be married and her future husband Craig is in the air force which may see her move back to Melbourne next year. This will be a huge loss to our Fit Kidz family and we will miss her dreadfully. Fingers crossed he will be posted in Sydney so our children can continue to benefit from her passion for teaching. Congratulations Amie, and thank you.

	Miss Julie Julie is a valued staff member and spends much of her time in a support role to all our staff members and families. This award proves just how valued she is by her teammates. Julie is extremely dedicated to her role at Fit Kidz and is a popular teacher with all of our children. Congratulations and thank you Julie.

	Miss Brooke Brooke played a vital role in the establishment of our of this, our first Centre at Glenwood in 2006. It is no surprise to us that she has been voted Staff Member of the Year 2007 by her peers. She is incredibly dedicated to her job and the whole Centre. Brooke has implemented a strong school readiness program and offers our children a great preparation for school. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience which makes her an asset to our Centres. Congratulations and thank you Brooke.
