Our Team Leader - Happy Hippos 2

Hello I’m Miss Caroline,

I completed my Diploma of Children’s Services in 2003, and have been working in the industry since then. From the beginning of 2009 I have been lucky enough to work in and around most of the Fit Kidz Centres as a casual and have been getting to know the families and the children well.

As a child care educator I believe the first five years of life are the most important and influential, and we as their carers and teachers have a great responsibility to ready them for further life experiences.

In my opinion, one of the greatest ways for children to learn is through play and social interaction, and the part we play in this is to scaffold their play, plant ideas and assist their exploration by providing the resources to do this.

I always feel very privileged to play such an important part in your child’s life. They bring me such joy, and I find that I learn so much from the simplistic things that come from their play.

I really look forward to getting to know you, your child and family, and reaching the goals that we set together.
