Team Superstars

Each month the whole Centre's team votes 3-2-1 for the "Fit Kidz Team Superstar" award, as someone who has done more than their share, or gone out of their way to shine just a little brighter than the others for that month. There is a small prize, a name plate for posterity on the yearly plaque, a photo displayed for the month, and lots of prestige for being the monthly winner.

At the end of each year the person who has accumulated the most points throughout the year is awarded the coveted "Fit Kidz Team Mega-Star of the year" award, and is given a larger cash prize, a photo "pride of place" forever on the plaque, a trophy to hang on their wall, and the honour of their peers forever after.

At Fit Kidz we know that ALL of our team are absolute superstars in their own right, and we love them all, but these are the ones that shone the brightest according to their teammates:


	Miss Tiffany Congratulations to Miss Tiff who is our Staff Member of the year for Fit Kidz at Glenwood South. Miss Tiffany is Mum to Bailey who is three and is currently eagerly awaiting her second bub in February 2011. Tiff is a gifted carer to our youngest babies in the Happy Hippos room and is also a great support to the whole team at Glenwood. She comes to us with the valuable knowledge of motherhood and understands just how hard it can be to leave your baby for the first time. Miss Tiff offers our families the confidence that their babies will be offered the highest quality care and lots of cuddles. Congratulations and thank you.

	Miss Anne Anne has been in the child care industry for many years and with her experience in Centres and as a mother and grandmother, is an asset to our Fit Kidz family. Miss Anne works in a floating position therefore she assists in all rooms with all age groups and is a great support to the staff and children. Her efforts were well recognised by her peers with this award as Staff Member of the Year 2009. Congratulations and Thank you Anne.
