We just love the outdoor play area as our kids are outdoor kids and love it, we love the walking tracks the jumping pillow, the chicken pen the little pond with the baby turtles there is just so much there for the kids to do and see its just fantastic.

the outdoor facilities are amazing! I think it would be safe to say, probably the best any preschool has ever offered.

I cannot tell you how much we love 'Fit Kids Dural' from the first time we all walked in the door - it was clear that this centre was an absolute standout. To the point that we have moved into town (Surry Hills) and whilst we have thought about choosing a closer Day Care (the word Day Care - doesnt even do you justice!) we cant bring ourselves to move them to anything around here as there is no competition what so ever.

...we can't fault the staff, even when they have their hands full they ALWAYS extend a smile and offer conversation and remember me personally. Not only is this nice for me but reassures me that my daughter is in the best possible hands - thank you.

WOW, I would like to thank you. As it was only last night Jessica's mother told my she would be starting there & had not had the opportunity to even look into your Centre. If this is the standard of the centre I can say she has made a fantastic choice.

Wonderful activities, I'm very impressed with the still life drawing, yoga, food pyramid and all the healthy programs.

...incredibly impressed with your teaching program & not over the top as we want our child to enjoy his time & have fun because there is a lot more years of school ahead of him. You have a fantastic balance to get him ready for school.

Thank you so much, oh my goodness he has painted his hands that is a big step forward he normally frets when he has the tiniest bit of paint on his hands when we paint at home, way to go. I do believe that he is doing so well due to his great environment, beautiful teachers and lovely friends, thank you so much.

And can I just say how impressed I am at the updates and information we get from you – It’s great to see that you guys are doing things to help them develop and learn, and I know Courtney just loves it. Even the girls who work in my office (who know Courtney quite well) love the photos every time they come through!

We're very happy with the Centre, especially seeing Jayden so happy/secure there, but I should say we're also thrilled particularly about the sustainability being taught and modelled to the children, it's wonderful.

Calum really is enjoying his time there so much..

I know my daughter would be having a great time there learning new things, meeting new friends & I can't what to hear all about it from her.

Thanks Miss Jo, you made such a positive impression on me the first time we met that I knew immediately Lucius was going to thrive and excel at Fit Kidz. I was a little apprehensive about how Lucius would go re: routine, sitting down when requested (he is on the go 24/7) and sleep/feed time that I honestly can say I feel so reassured that you and the hippo staff will have a calming, nurturing & positive effect on him. I asked him if he enjoyed his first day and his exact words were yelled out loudly to me "YEAH".. I think this speaks for itself!

I just wanted to let you know how delighted we are with Fit Kidz. It is an absolute pleasure dropping Fynn off at preschool, and he really loves going. We really appreciate all the hard work that all the staff put into the Centre to make it such a wonderful and professional environment for all the learning and fun that takes place. So thanks kindly for all your hard work.

You guys are awesome!! Thank you so much for helping Daniel to make a card for his Nan’s birthday today. At home, Jessie and Daniel pull out the craft box when it is someone in our family’s birthday to make a special card. Jessie was hard at work on her card this afternoon and I thought to myself it was a shame Daniel wouldn’t get to make one for Nan because he was at school. What a lovely surprise it was to have buddy jump in the car and say “look what I’ve made for Nan!” Daniel obviously made a comment to you about it being his Nan’s birthday and you have really listened, cared and gone above and beyond our expectations by helping him to make a card. Daniel was so proud to hand it to his Nan tonight.

Thanks a ton for sending the day book regularly. I take immense pleasure in going through each and every activity and the rapid progress that Happy Hippos are making . A big WOW!!!! to both of you for all your hard work and dedication.

I love receiving the day books by email – it is such a wonderful way to connect with the kids in the middle of the day and sometimes also the only bright spot in an otherwise horrible work day.

Our son, Taj, has only attended the centre since the beginning of this term, however we are extremely happy with the choice we have made to send him to Glenwood North. The staff are highly professional and have helped Taj adapt happily and easily to daycare life. I cannot speak more highly of the teachers he comes into contact with during his time there, in particular Miss Julie, Miss Caroline, Miss Amy and Miss Debbie. Taj thoroughly enjoys his time at Fit Kidz and this is evident in his many conversations about school where he boasts about the teachers, activities and the fun he has. Even today, when he has been at home sick, he told me that he wanted to receive cuddles from Miss Amy and Miss Julie.

We changed childcares as I was unhappy with the first place we tried, I consider myself very fussy and i can only commend you and your team. Debbie made a real effort to settle Lara in as she was changing centres, since then Lara is doing very well with Caroline and Julie, they are great... But what really impresses me is that when we arrive in the morning the staff who do not look after Lara through the day still make a keen effort to get her settled each day and all staff know her name, these small things were not taking place at her previous centre. Your communication of events is always very clear and I'm very happy so far.

Within the last 2 weeks, Coby has made the most amazing progress with toilet training, all thanks to Miss Julie and Miss Caroline's consistent effort and interest. They've not only guided Coby, but given me so much knowledge, guidance and support throughout this continuing process..

Glenwood is a Centre of exceptional excellence with the great staff, great program and innovations like the emailed daybook which travels to our families around the world and gives the grandparents great joy each day.

Miss Debbie is such a gem and Arin just adores her! There have been times when she and I have been in the room at the same time and I can see the confusion on his face – he can't decide who to go to. To me, that is a true reflection of her very genuine affection because in my book, kids and animals don't lie.

I treat the issue of where my children attend childcare very seriously, I was rather out of pocket in changing Centres suddenly however am very happy. I can only hope this high standard is continued next year and in years to come as I have a baby who can hopefully attend one day.

Thanks you for all that you do in delivering a high quality childcare in which David is thriving.

The work that Amie and Jenna are doing with the Leaping Leopards is commendable. I am amazed at the how Anika's knowledge about the various countries has grown. Also, I was telling someone at work about the calendar we get for the news and she said, "Your daycare is so organised".

Communication from Lucas's teachers is exemplary, whether it be in the form of the communication book, potty training updates or just a brief chat on arrival or departure. My husband and I also think that the daybook emails are outstanding, my husband eagerly checks his emails in anticipation (and now our families do too as they love us to forward them on).

Bethany has had some unsettled mornings where she has a few tears upon saying goodbye, but it is very reassuring to receive phonecalls (sometimes before I've even left the driveway) knowing that she is ok. I have no doubt that the staff I leave her with have her best interests (and mine) at heart at all times.

We know that this term will be the first of many memorable times for our son (and his soon to arrive sibling in the forseeable future).

It’s the little touches like this from you that help make Fitkidz such a great centre.

I just wanted to say a HUGE thanks for making it so easy for us to leave Kingston at Fitkidz. The transition has been great for both Kingston and us as parents, especially with Kingston being our first child! Dad told me that Kingston fell asleep in the car this morning on his way to FitKidz but once he was out of the car and realised where he was he was giggling and wriggling around all very excited!

It is very hard to return to work and leave your baby with somebody else. I can honestly say that I am at peace leaving our daughter with you and the other carers at Fitkidz.

Just a quick note to say thankyou for all of the effort and energy you have both put into teaching Kierra this year. After studying her portfolio (something I do look at closely!!) I was amazed at her progress this year. She is starting to develop into a mature little girl who no longer needs her mummy and daddy to do things for her. This independence is something she has developed under your care. For this we are extremely grateful. It is never easy to entrust the care of your precious little girl to anyone other than you but you both made it so easy for Dad and I to feel completely comfortable and sure that Kierra was in the best care this year. For this we are extremely grateful.You both possess such fantastic qualities as teachers that it is hard to know what to say!!

I asked ages ago for you to open a centre in Port Stephens!!! I have looked around at the 4 centres in the area, and none of them come anywhere close to the standard that the girls at Vineyard constantly provide. The facilities are no where near as well planned as at the Vineyard site. You should be proud to know that FitKidz are leaders in child care centres. I am so pleased Bradley has spent time with FitKidz. The FitKidz - Vineyard staff are superior to any other Centre I have visited. Bradley and I will miss the staff greatly. Your staff are a product of your management and values, each of them do you very proud. The value for money that you provide is far greater than what is provided at the Bay, their version of providing lunch is sandwiches and there is no daily e-mail. I had no hesitation in moving house, but the only thing that will be missed and is a great concern to me is Bradley leaving FitKidz. Wishing FitKidz and staff all the very best in the future.

Thanks for taking the time to give us an update. It is all the little touches (like this e-mail; the phone call that Miss Min made to check on Lochie yesterday; postcards in the mail for good behaviour) that make Fitkidz at Vineyard such a great childcare centre.

I just wanted to say hi and let you know how Jordan is getting on. Jordan was in Leaping Leopards last year and she enjoyed it so much that she constantly asks if she can go back to Fitkidz…a big thank you again for being the most amazing experience Jordan and I ever had :-)

The teacher said “pass on my congratulations to her Daycare, they are obviously doing a tremendous job in preparing their children for the transition to school”. Just further affirmation (if you needed it) that you guys are doing a wonderful job and have a great program in place.

Hello to all our friends at Fit kidz - Ben is settling in very well to big school - he started on Monday and is loving the new environment. He had sport today and thought that was great. He still talks about his lovely teachers at Fit Kids - and can't wait to show off in his uniform soon. All he learnt at Fit Kidz, including the school readiness programming and beyond - will put him in great stead in kindergarten. Thank you again for helping to give Ben the best start to his school life we could have hoped for.

I just wanted to say that you all did a wonderful job there and that we were all very happy with the graduation. It was a great occasion and the first milestone for our little girl that we now have a great record of.

Just wanted to let you know that I treasure the moments early in the morning at home that I can look at the Day Book. I have saved everyone of them! Thank you all for going to the amazing effort of putting these beautiful memories together.

We'd also like to give some well deserved feedback. Having you guys look after Jasmin has been a heaven sent for us. We can rely on you to give her the best care and offer the best facilities and early learning programme and stimulation that we just could not replicate at home. Jasmin loves going to kindy and she loves her teachers.

You girls are awesome teachers! Sending Byron to Fit Kidz has been one of the best decisions I have made. You girls are so patient, kind and loving and always do that little bit extra, eg sending this email today. I cannot praise you enough with all that you do for our children at that centre. Takes a special patient person to do what you do and let me say you do it so well.

Markus & I would like to say a huge, huge, huge thank you. We have never experienced such service and dedication before. It means so much to us knowing that our daughter whilst at Fitkidz is not only in safe hands but in 'CARING hands'. Truly from the bottoms of our hearts Thankyou. We are honoured to have Marlie attend Fitkidz.

Sid has enjoyed immensely everything that Fitkids has been able to offer us throughout the year. It’s a great family and business and we will miss you. It’s likely too that Sid will want to make a few impromptu visits throughout the year to say hi to Fitkidz teachers and his friends.

We don't have any family in Australia that we can rely on for help with the kids so we truly appreciate the help and quality of care that Fitkidz provides. In a few months time I'd like to introduce little Jamie to the Fit kidz world too, to get him ready for when I need to return to work. Can you pencil his name down?

I just wanted to thank you for both the great show you put on last night and the portfolio that we got to take home! You obviously put in a lot of time and effort to create these gifts that we will be able to keep forever. There is not a day that goes by that I don't remind myself about how lucky we are that Max is in your care and the positive development he is getting from this.

I’ve been collecting both lots of information. Thanks girls. I’ve been putting it all into a display book with Paddy’s artwork and cards he has received from Fit Kidz. You are just marvelous…..I couldn’t imagine Paddy being in any other centre..

I just wanted to thankyou both very much for the one year anniversary picture card you made for Kasey on Friday, We stick all her photo's from Fit kidz on the pantry door in the kitchen so it now looks great with the one Miss Linzi made for her on her first day at fitkidz and right underneath is her 1 year one you can really notice how far she has come in that time thanks to you great teachers keep up the good work.

My Mum who was also able to come last night cannot stop talking about how wonderful you all are!  She has seen some of the daycare centres my cousins go to, and she finds the difference between these and what you provide to be worlds apart. The high standard that you set is a real credit to you all.

Watching our girls develop by leaps and bounds through the learning and playing at Fit kidz, we have come to appreciate your professional care and teaching. Keep up the good work.

I have been looking at a few places in the area and Fitkidz is an outstanding centre and I really would like to have Allegra enrolled for next year.

We would like to thank all the staff at Fitkidz for their excellent care and guidance, especially Miss Nat and Miss Monette from LL and Miss Annette, Miss Mel and Miss Anna from CM and not forgetting Miss Heike in the kitchen. Eva constantly requests Miss Heike's menu during meals at home.

I would just like to formally thank the girls in the monkeys room working with Jayden each day. Their patience with him and their understanding of him allows me to feel confident in the care you are providing. Also I would like to thank the girls for their support for myself as a working mother who is also studying, at times things can get on top of you and their reassuring words mean a lot. Fit kidz has taught Ali so so much this year and because I have the insight of the operations of 2 different centres I do compare and the difference is huge not only in what the staff are teaching the kids but also in the attitudes of all the staff, everyone at fitkidz is always smiling and always friendly! I think you are all just tops :P so thanks for doing the job you do so well.

Just wanted to let you know that I really appreciate you looking after Brayden the way that you do & for the way you let me know what he's doing/up to.... Jess has also been great with updating me on his daily adventures/eating!!!

I just wanted to say thanks for putting Miss Monette on the Leaping Leopards room at Sth Glenwood next year. Josh loves having her as his teacher, and it will make an easy transition for him into the next room. I’ve been trying to tell him over the last few weeks that he was going up to the next room, and he kept saying ‘no’…(!) so I’ve been working at preparing him for the change with new teachers etc. but when we found out that Miss Monette was going up with him, he was more than happy to move to that room. We have been thrilled with Miss Monette this year. (we love all Josh’s other teachers too) She is a great teacher with refreshing enthusiasm, takes a real interest in the kids, and communicates well to us about how Josh is developing, what he personally did each day etc.

Lachlan really enjoys coming to Fit Kids and talks about his day and his teachers with great excitement and enthusiasm. As a parent this makes life so much easier knowing that Lachlan is happy during the day allows me to have a relatively worry-free day (still miss him but am happy that he is happy).

As Grandparents of Mawson we would like to thank you for keeping us up to date on our little Grandson’s happenings at Day Care. We really appreciate it, especially as we live in Queensland and don’t get to see him all that often. Once again, thankyou.

She really enjoys her time with you guys and I love the excitement on her face when we sing the songs you have been teaching her. Thanks again and keep up the great work.

I would like to write and inform the centre of what an excellent job your girls are doing in the Leaping Leopards room, they give 200% into their job and are always cheerful and friendly to parents and kids, they are so caring and loving towards the children that I really feel Fitkidz is a home away from home. From the time that I drop off Michael till the time that I pick him up, I just know that he has the most fantastic time, spending the whole day doing fun filled and educational activities in a safe, friendly, loving and caring environment that any child could possibly get. Thank you Fit Kidz!

I'm so glad my kids are in you care!!!

My son has been at Fit Kidz for six weeks now and he is flourishing! He is like a different kid, he loves going to his "school". We have noticed a definite developmental leap, his language and behaviour have really improved, even his eating habits have improved!

All of your staff at Turramurra really go the extra distance for the kids, for example, Tarquin came home singing a song, which I didn't recognise, so I tracked down that Shannon had sung the song to him, I asked her for the words in the morning and when I picked Tarquin up that afternoon she had printed the words onto a sheet for us which is still hanging on the fridge.

Hollie and Taylor run the monkey's room very professionally, and always fill me in on Alex's daily activities, he really loves both of his teachers and I'm constantly surprised at how well they know him, they both take time to notice his little ways, the Cheeky Monkeys room is a very caring, warm environment.

Christine takes a real interest in how much the kids like their food, the menu is always healthy and varied and the kitchen is lovely and clean.

I genuinely feel that all the carers like my child, which in turn makes me feel comfortable to leave him in their care. I trust they do the best by him..

I believe the reason why his experience at Fit Kidz has been such a success is due to your fantastic staff.

What a wonderful centre you have!

We originally wanted him to go to kindy thinking it would be great for my husband and I to have a bit of time to spend with our twin babies, but we have been so pleasantly surprised with the wonderful impact that going to Fit Kidz has had.

Hi to the team at the Centre, (from proud grandparents) what a great idea your daybook is & a great record for you as regards to Quality Assurance & Accreditation etc. Sandra has forwarded the emails to us & it is a great way to share in our grandchildren's activities. Especially as we cannot 'Drop in' every day!
