Booklets, activities and fun stuff....
Sprinkled throughout our website there are lots of print-outs, booklets, activities and information sheets for you to browse and then print if you'd like to. Below we have consolidated them all into one place for easy reference. Some documents are quite deliberately presented in two parts for ease of printing and presentation: Print Part 1 first, then turn the paper over and print Part 2 on the back. You can then fold down the middle and staple along the spine to make a funky little booklet to use with your little ones.

Fit Kidz press clippings....
Occasionally we appear in the press for different reasons, either because we have something to say, or because somebody wants to say something about us. In the past we've never kept a track of that, and we'd like to start keeping an archive here....
