Our Team Leader - Cheeky Monkeys 1

Hi, My name is Alison, but to my family here at Fit Kidz I am better known as Miss Ali!

I have been working at Fit Kidz since early 2006 and was one of the original staff members to open our Vineyard Centre later that year.

In that first year I undertook a traineeship and obtained my Certificate III in Children’s Services. At completion of my traineeship I was awarded runner-up for Macquarie Employment's "Trainee of the Year" in 2007.

Since then I have completed my Diploma in Children’s Services whilst also working full time here at Fit Kidz, and have become the first Fit Kidz trainee to graduate their Diploma and be given a position as Team Leader. I have hands-on experience with all age groups within the Centre and have been very privileged to have worked in so many of the rooms over the years. I must say I have enjoyed each age group immensely.

I am known around the Centre for my wild hair and wide taste in music. I believe that music is food for the soul and try my best to incorporate it into each of my days here at Fit Kidz, which the children (and families) seem to thoroughly enjoy.

I come from a small family, with just my mum, dad and one brother, so working here at Fit Kidz is like always having a big extended and loving family full of children! I love it.
