Team Superstars

Each month the whole Centre's team votes 3-2-1 for the "Fit Kidz Team Superstar" award, as someone who has done more than their share, or gone out of their way to shine just a little brighter than the others for that month. There is a small prize, a name plate for posterity on the yearly plaque, a photo displayed for the month, and lots of prestige for being the monthly winner.

At the end of each year the person who has accumulated the most points throughout the year is awarded the coveted "Fit Kidz Team Mega-Star of the year" award, and is given a larger cash prize, a photo "pride of place" forever on the plaque, a trophy to hang on their wall, and the honour of their peers forever after.

At Fit Kidz we know that ALL of our team are absolute superstars in their own right, and we love them all, but these are the ones that shone the brightest according to their teammates:


	Miss Shanlee Miss Shanlee is an enthusiastic and passionate carer for Fit Kidz. She loves all her children and is so vibrant and energetic. It is rare to see Shanlee without a bub in arms or a bub wanting a cuddle. She makes the days exciting and fun for our children with a huge variety of exciting learning opportunities. We are very grateful to have Shanlee in our Fit Kidz family and know our families love her as much as we do. Congratulations Shannie.

	Miss Renee Our winner for the second year in a row, and well deserved. Congratulations! Renee has spent this year focussed on preparing our preschool children for "big" school and has done a wonderful job of building their confidence and ensuring they are ready for the transition. This award is voted throughout the year by her peers so it is clear she also is a great support to her team mates and fellow childcare professionals. Well done Renee.

	Miss Renee Congratulations to Miss Renee who has achieved Staff Member of the Year for 2008. Her focus is always on the whole Fit Kidz team and all our families. Renee has done and exceptional job of running her room and achieving her degree in early childhood. She is a huge asset to our Fit Kidz team and we are extremely proud of her achievements.

	Miss Amie We are thrilled to announce Miss Amie as the Staff Member of the Year for 2007. Voted by her peers as “inspiring and motivating”, Miss Amie brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role at Fit Kidz. Amie is dedicated to all her children and her fellow team mates.
