Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, families, and educators in a variety of roles, including Room Leader, Assistant Director, Educational Leader, and Centre Director. Each experience has deepened my passion for creating environments where children, families, and the team feel a true sense of belonging.

I love the saying, “It takes a village to raise a child.” I truly believe children thrive when they have strong, trusting relationships with educators. When they feel safe and supported, they are empowered to explore, question, and discover the world around them in their own unique way. My approach is centred on connection, curiosity, and collaboration — learning with children, not just teaching to them.

As a Centre Director, my goal is to lead with kindness, integrity, and enthusiasm. I’m committed to supporting my team of passionate educators to provide high-quality, meaningful experiences that nurture every child’s individuality. I also believe that strong, trusting partnerships with families are at the heart of everything we do, and I look forward to creating a warm and inclusive community for everyone here.
